Best in Mississippi

  The Home Builders Association of Mississippi (HBAM) hosts the much-anticipated Best in Mississippi Building & Remodeling Awards each November. The Best in Mississippi Awards recognize the outstanding work of builders and remodelers throughout the state of Mississippi. Members of the nearly 4,000-member statewide trade association enter the competition in a variety of categories ranging from single-family custom and spec homes less than 1,800 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet. Other categories include Best Kitchen, Bath, Multifamily New Construction, Commercial Building Construction, Commercial Building Remodeling and Subdivision Development of the Year.

Winners of this prestigious program are chosen by a  group of five confidential judges and selected through numerous aspects of each project. In addition to being recognized and awarded at the Best in Mississippi  awards banquet, winners will be included in a full feature in the January-FEBRUARY 2010 issue of Mississippi Builder magazine.

HBAM is proud to have had our 2008 Best in Mississippi Awards as a major feature in Mississippi Homes & Gardens, a publication of Mississippi Magazine!  We are excited about this new partnership and the outstanding work recognized by our annual awards event will now be shared with an even larger audience. 

Serving as the voice of the Mississippi housing industry since 1961, the Best in Mississippi Building and Remodeling Awards are sponsored each year by the Home Builders Association of Mississippi.
