Your Local Home Builders Association membership is your chance to market your business in the construction industry. That includes: residential home builders, land developers, specialty contractors, product suppliers, and business service providers. The following are the local chapters of MS and the counties they cover:
- Golden Triangle HBA (Monroe, Clay, Oktibbeha, Lowndes, and Noxubee)
- Meridian HBA (Neshoba, Kemper, Newton, Lauderdale, and Clarke)
- Greater Hattiesburg HBA (Covington, Marion, Lamar, Forrest, and Perry)
- Pearl River County HBA (Pearl River)
- HBA of Jackson (Hinds, Madison, Rankin, and Scott)
- HBA North MS (Tunica, DeSoto, and Tate)
- HBA of N. Central MS (Panola and Lafayette)
- HBA of Mid-MS (Choctaw, Holmes, Attala, and Leake)
- HBA of the MS Coast (Greene, George, Jackson, Harrison, and Hancock)
- HBA of N.E. MS (Union, Pontotoc, Chickasaw, Lee, and Itawamba)
- HBA of Grenada (Yalobusha, Calhoun, Grenada, Webster, and Montgomery)
- HBA at Large (Marshall, Benton, Tippah, Alcorn, Tishomingo, Prentiss, Coahoma, Quitman, Bolivar, Tallahatchie, Leflore, Carroll, Humphrey, Yazoo, Sunflower, Washington, Sharkey, Issaquena, Warren, Claiborne, Copiah, Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, Adams, Franklin, Lincoln, Lawrence, Amite, Pike, Walthall, Simpson, Smith, Jasper, Jones, Wayne, Wilkinson, Stone, and Winston) These counties do not have local chapters at this time but you can join the HBA at Large and be active with the State and National events and benefits and make a difference in your industry.
The best way to utilize your HBA membership is to be active! By participating on the local and state level in meetings, events, committees, councils, advertising and sponsorship opportunities, you will get the most out of your membership. Your company can only benefit from your membership if other members know about you.
